The great thing about CrewCard is that it makes handling your finances so much easier and safer. But of course, you should remember some simple steps to ensure your funds are protected.

  • Keep your card safe at all times.
  • Never reveal your PIN to anyone and don’t write it down on paper.
  • Keep CrewCard Network contact details in a separate place to your card, so that if the card gets lost or stolen, you will be able to contact us immediately.
  • When you shop online with your CrewCard, make sure no one is looking at your screen as you input your card details and remember to log out of the website properly when you have finished.
