Load money

Loading money onto your CrewCard is very quick and easy to do. If you have any problems just call our Customer Services: +44 (0)207 127 0027.

There are currently four ways to load funds onto your Primary CrewCard.

• Online. You can top up your card online with a debit card.
• Using Cash. Simply top up your card with cash at any one of the participating high street banks or top up at any payzone displaying this logo (for further details of how to top up at a bank please log into your account for detailed instructions).
• SMS Text message. Once you've registered a loading card you can top up instantly from anywhere via SMS text message.
• Wages. You can have your wages paid directly onto your CrewCard. Simply download and print out the wage slip form, fill in all the required information and give it to your employer.

Loading your Secondary Card

Only the primary card can load fund onto the secondary card.

The Secondary Card can be loaded in two ways:

• Via SMS. Provided that both cards each have a mobile phone registered to them, the Primary Card can instantly share funds with the secondary card through a simple SMS instruction . Both card holders will receive an SMS message confirming the transaction. Click here for further details.
• Online. Simply log-in to manage your CrewCard and you can share your funds instantly. Both card holders will receive an SMS message confirming the transaction.
