How it works
Your CrewCard prepaid MasterCard® pack has two cards - a primary card and a secondary card. Both cards are registered to your name and address but you can send your secondary card to anyone, anywhere in the world.
To get the best use out of your CrewCard you will need to register your mobile phone. This will enable you to SMS your money to your Secondary Card holder. You can also download our Java application direct to your mobile phone and easily manage your funds.
CrewCard allows you to manage your money online from your mobile phone.
How do I shop with CrewCard?
Use your CrewCard like any MasterCard® card.
Once you have loaded your card with funds, you can:
- Use your card at over 25 million merchants all over the world, including shops, restaurants, hotels and cinemas;
- Buy goods and services with your card on the internet;
- Withdraw cash from any cash machine (ATM) that displays the MasterCard® acceptance mark.
How do I moneyshare with CrewCard?
Sharing money with family and friends is quick and cheap with CrewCard
Once you have loaded your funds onto your primary card you simply share (send) the amount you need with the user of the secondary card. You can do this by SMS or online. There's no waiting and you only pay a commission fee of 2.5%
It's all done instantly and easily!
How do I have my wages paid onto my CrewCard?
You can have your wages paid directly onto your CrewCard. Simply log in to download and print out the wage slip form, fill in all the required information and give it to your employer.
